Allow Position Weight Formula to be set via API

A request to add the Position Weight Formula to the API so it can be set programmatically.

Hi Tony,
That seems like a good addition and should have been part of the original implementation. I'll create a ticket for it. But there are many projects in progress, so I cant promise it will be done soon.
