Ryan - the fed has killed off the business cycle so there is not much point in creating timing strategies based on something that no longer exists

Steve, I’ve heard this argument before, and there may be some truth to it. The Fed’s monetary policy does have a massive impact on markets, which does play into some of the regimes I’m looking at. How much more in recent years is what has changed. Let’s see how it plays out.
