Is there a way to get performance from the past using ranges (ROE)?

Is there a way ro get past performance (by range). For example ROE% from 10 years ago to 5 years ago?

FHist(“ROE%Gr%10Y”,52*10)

That should give you the 10-year ROE growth as it was 10 years ago. The number following the comma is in weeks. Here, 52 weeks times 10 years.
