Thanks so much for those thoughtful replies. I am going to try moving all my rules into the universe and then just use my ranking system (which I can adjust to include factors I am using in my screen or sim). Currently I end up with about 1000 stocks in my universe which then shrinks down to 150 after I run through my screen or sim. Then I rank those to get the top 20. I am getting an excellent backtested result so we will see if that can be maintained under the new system. I will post the results but it may be awhile because I’m currently working on my income taxes. Thanks again!
