Not sure what cause is in this case. I can only verify that save is disabled on designer models.

This was related to the ranking system being tied to a Designer Model, even though you removed them (we store removed Designer Models in a “graveyard” account). The error message was also not getting shown properly.
We’ll have fix for this issue released later today or tomorrow.
