Not sure if you do this already - but other apps I use allow the member to vote on each feature that is being considered. The features are then ranked from highest to lowest based on the number of votes.
Haven’t seen this… but each time someone votes it could also ask for an optional dollar amount - charged to credit card only when the task is started perhaps or something like that.
