Would it be possible to scrape the SEC database for 13f holdings and add that data to the database?

Might be some alpha from knowing which stocks “smart” money is heavily invested in?

Hi RTNL, great news. I’ll create a private group here for us to work together on this and determine how we will divide and conquer? I have ideas.
