I was curious about the PendingCorpAct field and tried out a quick screen. I thought that PendingCorpAct (#MANDA) would return TRUE for ACI and/or KR for attempted pending merger. Is this a case where too much time has passed and it got reset back to false? Or maybe I just didn't see a later update that it got cancelled. Let me know if that kind of action would be caught by a different flag otherwise. Thanks!
