AI factor is now available to anyone an Ultimate membership. There are no extra charges at the moment for training or predictions as we're still operating in "beta" mode. When we officially launch AI Factor as a premium feature your AI bills will be zeroed out.
Lots of changes went into this soft launch, and we'll be posting details soon.

I have a legacy manager account. When I went back to the AI section, I only see a request to change to "Ultimate". All the beta tests are gone. Is this correct?
Sorry about this. We're reviewing legacy accounts and how to support them. We will have to convert them to use Resource Units for limiting the amount of storage they use.

All legacy accounts with similar price to Ultimate can now access AI Factor.
Does that apply to Legacy-Gold? Or was there a higher legacy tier?

Gold does not include AI. Please note that legacy memberships will eventually converge to the price of one of the current memberships. In the case of Gold it will be the same as Ultimate(Monthly), and will happen this year. At that point it will include AI.
Note that switching to Ultimate(Annual) right now will actually: save you money , not lose any functionality from Gold, and give you AI.
