It is quite tedious to manage our custom factors in Formulas. Any change in one formula need to be clicked many times.
Import/export from/to csv file would allow to automatically modify/create customs formulas in bulk, manage categories, duplicated formulas from excel or python.
Let’s just add proper functions.
Custom functions, not just factors, is definitely something that has been asked before and is on our roadmap.

I’ll add one more: a way to lock-down a formula.
I worry how easy it is to break a “production system” that uses many components. A portfolio strategy can be made up of many components (ranking, custom formulas, universe, aggregate series, etc). Having a way to make components read-only needs to be added.
