Can the TRADE account be edited?

TRADE question, I have been using TRADE to buy and sell stock rec’s from a live port. Today I had to use IB to buy and sell the stocks, Is there a way to edit my TRADE account to add a sell transaction for one of the stocks without actually sending an order? And is there a way to add the buy transactions so that TRADE and my IB account are synced up again.

TRADE accounts are synched every morning before the open. It should match tomorrow
