Delay in updating Monday's data

When it rains it pours. We are not able to pull the data for Monday. Working with the vendor to get this resolved. It likely will not happen before market open.

And also, there's no official confirmation that last week's problem has been resolved.

how long before this latest problem is resolved, the dashboard is quoting what appears to be yesterdays market data as of 2.39pm EST.

Canadian stock prices have not been updated since last Friday.

We are still waiting for instructions for how to fix the loader app. They broke it with some misconfiguration on their end. There's not much we can do. This problem is specific to our account, and right now they are putting out fires elsewhere from the "fat finger event".

Marco, it looks like you have closing prices for 3/9 and 3/10. Is it possible to update ranking data for ranking systems that only depend on closing prices, moving averages and total return? Since total return includes dividends you would have to assume no dividend change, which seems pretty safe..

We do not. You are only seeing the delayed intraday prices. If you go to our Stock->Issues page, that's where the EOD prices are. We only have prices until 3/6.

We just got a report that the config issue on their end was fixed and to retry. At this point we will just let the daily update that runs at 10 run normally. It should be starting now

I also noticed what seems to be an issue with live portfolios and live books, where Monday rebalancing appears to have been priced at Friday’s close.
