"Dividends in a Period" now use the Ex Date instead of the default Pay Date

We fixed some inconsistencies in the way dividends in a period are calculated. Ex Dates are now used by default instead of Pay Dates. The fix is now live and affects functions like DivPS, and pre-built factors like Div%ChgTTM.

There were several reasons for this
[]It was inconsistent with DivPSDays that uses Ex Dates
[
]It is more intuitive to use ex-dates for our purpose which is building factor based strategies

It’s confusing for companies that have ex-dates around the end periods or make changes to their payment schedule
This fix is in response to this issue reported here

We do not expect this change to impact overall strategy performance.

Also, the historical charts on the snapshot page are much better. Excellent.
