Is the Easy to Trade US universe called All Fundamentals (ALLFUND) in the API?

No, ALLFUND is not the same. To use Easy To Trade in the API, just use the name of the universe like this:

'universe': 'Easy to Trade US',

DataMiner will also accept the universe name.
