I'm running a lot of tests where I use one factor list and then change the Step 1 and Step 2 Normalizations. Extremely tedious and practically impossible if there are a lot of features (unless there is some way to do this already that I am unaware of). Can you add the ability so that when you Save As, you can elect to change all of the normalizations to the new desired options?

A workaround for now....
"I use one factor list"- does this mean a 'Factor List' created from Research, Ai Factors? You can import those into the AIF features, but the Factor Lists only have formula, name and tag. There is no step 1 or step 2 defined so they are always set to Skip + Dataset.
If you are not using a Factor List and just a 'list of factors', then you could go to the Features tab in your first AIF and download the features to a spreadsheet. Then change the values in the 'step 1 normalization' and 'step 2 normalization' columns. Then import that into the new AIF.
