We switched to new hardware to address memory issues that were happening once in a while for Monday’s rebalances. There were unforeseen environment issues.
If YOU initiate the rebalance from the website it works normally. Only the automatic rebalances are affected.
We’ll try them from our old server now. It should only re-try the ones that failed. You will receive more emails.
