This ranking system still uses #SPEPSCY.
Should be using the blended #SPEPSCNY.
Also the Fed Model data which lists #SPEPSCNY begins 3/6/1999.
Since the ranking system uses a 21 week moving average of it, the earliest starting date for a model would be 8/1/1999, not 1/2/1999. This should be mentioned in the ranking system description.
