I want to be able to download the latest date(s) of data, but have the data Z-score or Min/Max Normalized over a longer period (Normalized by Dataset).

If we intend to use data that is Normalized by Dataset in our local environment, we have to download complete data set for a cost of thousands of API instead of just one date worth of API.

We basically need an "ML Training Start" date that can be an earlier date than the Source Start Date

I'm using all three scaling methods in my analysis and I want to be able to do use them live as well.

I suggest to keep the discussion when and how to use the different scaling methods to a different thread.
