This stock is unusual in that its a US company that’s listed in the UK.
The current price shown by P123 is correct, however the historic prices look wrong.
On 28 March 2019 the price was 3.40 GBP. I chose this date because there was a large director sale. Other sources such a TradingView, Yahoo and Stockopedia have the same figure.
P123 is showing 2.14 GBP for 23 March and 2.18 GBP for 30 March 2019. Those numbers look wrong and I’m concerned this could feed into wrong values for some of the calculated fundamental ratios.
I’m not aware of any stock splits for Somero. Any ideas?
I checked TradingView, and on March 28, 2019, SOM's unadjusted closing price was £3.50. When I look at our screener and display the Close(0) factor with a March 28, 2019 AsOf Date, it matches that value.
The confusion comes from the default price columns shown in the screener results. The Start, End, and Pct columns are designed to be used together, and they are split- and dividend-adjusted prices. They are not the same as the unadjusted closing price. SOM:GBR pays dividends.
So, no problem found.

thanks Walter! I had no idea that both the technical chart and insider purchase chart are adjusted for dividends by default. Roger.
Hi Roger,
Yes. The Technical Chart lets you switch between adjusted and unadjusted prices using the Split & Dividends dropdown at the bottom of the chart. The Insiders chart, on the other hand, displays adjusted prices by default and does not offer that adjustment option.
