IMPORTANT: contact us if you use Chrome and are having issues

The latest Chrome update is causing problems with the screener and probably other parts of the site.

We have not been able to reproduce the problem. If you are having issues please contact us so we can do a live diagnostic.

The workaround for the moment is to use a different browser like Edge.

You may also try disabling extensions.

I use chrome. I’ve been running screens and updating spreadsheets today. Not had a problem so far at least none that I’ve noticed. Let me know if there’s something I should look for.

fwiw, my chrome version under “about” says:
Chrome is up to date
Version 120.0.6099.217 (Official Build) (64-bit)

edit: On windows 10.

We cannot reproduce and it’s happening to few users so far. At this point we think it’s a particular extension (adblock etc), which none of us has, that is misbehaving after the latest Chrome update. Thanks

I’m having no issues with latest chrome update, and I have adblock plus extension (but w/ P123 whitelisted). Is it related to a possible stale (rank) cache?

I’m one of the people having an issue.

Disabling the McAfee WebAdvisor Extension to Chrome has it working as before. I’ve been using that extension for a while.
