IMPORTANT: IB order fill information problems

It appears that fill info from IB is not being processed correctly. This results in your positions on the P123 side not being updated. For example if you close a position, your P123 manage account will not get updated. And tomorrow you will get a notice to reconcile after we compare the P123 positions with IB positions.

Sorry about this. We're making changes to enable IB orders for Canada and Europe and it might have caused this problem

Yes, indeed, everything done yesterday has not been registered on Port123 while executed on IB.

The issue has been resolved.

Fills since 2025-02-05 14:00 CST have been processed and should now appear in their strategies as usual. Additionally, new fills are being processed normally.

Any actions to reconcile accounts since that time up to 2025-02-07 10:00 CST would now appear as duplicate transactions in affected strategies, and users are recommended to delete such 'Reconciliation' transactions.

Note that positions are currently out of sync for affected accounts and an account update will be performed after market hours to amend this, so users should not attempt to reconcile again until after 17:00 CST today.
