Is P123 moving to a paid support model now? I don't have a problem with advanced experts offering a separate service for those willing to pay, but it seems like most/all you listed above should be offered as included training as part of the subscription. Just to clarify, we're still able to get training and support from P123 directly when needed, correct?

So why introduce coaches?
Quantitative investing draws on several disciplines, including finance, statistics, mathematics, factor investing, and increasingly machine learning. Not everyone has a formal background in these subjects, and learning them independently can be challenging.
Portfolio123 is actively used in master's-level finance courses at leading universities. However, mastering the underlying investment concepts and developing sophisticated strategies can require more than learning how to operate the platform.

The Coaches Program is entirely optional. Nothing is being taken away from our existing support or educational offerings. We're simply providing another way for users who want more personalized guidance to develop their skills.
