I observed 2 issues in synchronization between Trade and Live Portfolio, and was wondering how these can be addressed

When i Sell a Position from TRADE, the Live Portfolio doesn’t sync with TRADE positions, and i need to manually add the SELL order in the Live Portfolio
→ to address this, do you recommend always Selling from Live Portfolio instead and “Sending order to TRADE”? -
When i Buy/Sell new recommendations in the Live Portfolio and “Send order to TRADE”, the Live Portfolio captures the trades at the previous day’s closing prices - it doesn’t catch up to the actual Buy/Sell price from the TRADE filled trades, which i believe is in sync with IB. The price difference can cause the simulated performance and position sizes to drift from Actuals.
→ How do we automatically sync up the prices? -
Sometimes I sell distressed positions in IB directly as i have the mobile app and am often not near the computer - I believe TRADE catches up to these when it syncs with IB, but Live Portfolio does not, so i need to manually add positions.
