Live Strategy Companies Differ from Stock Ranks

How come when I run a Live Strategy to "get recommendations", the list of companies is different than the list I get when I run my ranking system (Under Ranking System --> Ranks --> Run) in the same universe? Both systems had no buy rules. They're similar, but not exactly the same.

With ranker:

With live system:
