At this point, there isn't a workaround except finding your own data source and using the Data Series tool to import into the P123 environment.

The April 2026 Restriction
In April 2026, ICE modified its licensing agreement with FRED. As a result, FRED was restricted from displaying the full historical timeline for any data series owned by ICE Data Indices.
Under the new restriction, any FRED chart or dataset sourced from ICE is capped at a rolling three years of historical observations. Users who need data extending further back than three years are now required to source it directly from ICE or through other paid financial data terminals.
