I have linked my IB account successfully and set up the account with a placeholder of $100K. Now that I am linked, how do I see the actual positions and cash that are actually in IB? Thanks

We're looking into this issue.
In the meantime, you should still be able to view your Interactive Brokers positions by going to:
Manage → Trade Activity → Legacy Trade → Account Positions
The positions from your Interactive Brokers accounts should appear there.
At the moment, we expect the issue to resolve during the overnight reconciliation process. We'll keep monitoring the update process.
