I have two models totaling four validations that are stuck. They normally have taken about 12 hours to run, but ran for over 24. So I tried to cancel them. It has now been 3 days and they are still "CANCELING...".
Any idea what is causing this and what is the right way to go about canceling them?

Yes, but I did not have reason to believe they would take that long to run. The other two that are canceling are actually on a premium one and had the same issue.

They have now canceled. Not sure if that was something you did on the backend or not.
Something we did put them in that state that had to be reset manually.
When this happens you can just add the same model again and ignore the stuck one.
We will periodically check for stuck tasks and figure out the causes.
