Multiple Logins not working

I have Membership Ultimate which should allow simultaneous logins from two different IP addresses. However, this is not working. I get the following pop-up message:

The Ultimate (“Non Retail”) membership offered (no longer does, see below) an additional separate login, not the ability to login from different IPs . This might have been possible a long time ago when we were not checking.

Under Pricing you will now note that Ultimate (“Non Retail”) no longer offers an additional login. We are transitioning to a more structured way to manage users that need multiple logins as “enterprise accounts” , and the price will be negotiated for each enterprise. Since you signed on before we removed the additional login, we’d be happy to add an additional login until your next renewal.
