There seems to be a different price on the last price of the stock in the screen that in reality:

Usually when I encounter these things it has to do with the currency selected.
We fx results to a single currency. You can change this default currency in your Account Settings. The currency used in the screener is shown by the name of the screen, and you can change it from the settings.
We should make it more obvious as well as add an option for “Local Currency” that does no fx. The latter is in our to-do list.
