Problem: Models stock in QUEUE & WAITING

I cannot run simulations. Any models that I train only stays in QUEUE, and there are available resources.

Same problem with Predictors.

We'll have to rollback the new build that was meant to improve the task queue management. Pending tasks will be canceled, but you can resubmit.
