I tried to create a Performance chart for my ranking system called “TF3 Normal Dist”. This is an old RS that I have not used in years. I let it run for several minutes then I gave up and went to another P123 screen. But when I try to run Performance charts for other ranking systems, I get the message “Error generating graph: You have a ‘Rank Performance MSG_UID 344853’ request in progress. Please try again later.”. Its been at least 15 minutes, so that Performance chart request for “TF3 Normal Dist” is hung. I tried logging off the site and coming back in - that didnt help. Can somebody please kill the request?

I had left the screen, so I didnt get the chart. I dont need to see it and I dont want to risk hanging it again, so I’m not going to rerun it.

Dan, should be ok now. The problem was that reuters sent us a handful of -ve numbers for AstTurnQ for some dates in the past, which doesn’t really make sense since its Revs/TotAssets. The normal distribution method in ranking systems transforms certain ratios (such as AstTurn) using log() which is undefined for -ve numbers, and caused your request to hang.
We added code to resolve -ve ratios that use log() transform to NA.
