RSI(14,0) < 70 AND RSI(14,10)>=70 The goal of this formula is to find stocks that had an RSI above 70 but fell below 70 in the last 10 bars. Not sure it is working? Also, I'm assuming that a bar for RSI(14) is in days - correct? Thank you!
RSI(period [,offset,series]) period and offset are bars, not days.

The formula finds stocks with a RSI < 70 at yesterday's close and that were at 70 or above 10 bars ago. It doesn't test RSI during the interval. If that's your intent, it should work.
