S&P1500 as benchmark?

I don't see the S&P1500 available as a benchmark for sim/ports. Is there a reason for that?

S&P 1500 Composite (SPTM) is now available. Total Market (VTI) would have been a good proxy as well. I think we incorrectly hid the older ex. div S&P 1500 Composite index $SPALL back when we were first adding ETF equivalents for indices.
