screening/ranking for strongest industry groups/sectors

Could someone give me a hint how I can screen for the best industry groups or sectors (pricewise !); e.g.: Show me the industry groups which have risen the most in 13 weeks !

And/Or: How could I implement the strongest industry groups/sectos in a ranking system.

I don’t think there is a way to list the top industries.
However, you can Screen/Rank for Industries that exceed a return value. Try;

Pr13W%ChgInd > xx

Try various values for xx to see what works best to narrow the list down to the few best industries.
