I started a long heavy Optimizer study and by accident I reloaded the page so I could not see the progress or any results. In frustration I deleted the study completly, but the Optimizer seams to be running in the background still and blocking all other research tools. How do I stop an onging Optimizer study?
I’m afraid there’s currently no way to stop a study that you’ve started running. Implementing a stop tool is an idea we’ve been considering for a while, among many other ideas . . .
There’s actually a very easy fix. It was an oversight from our part. We’ll add it asap. Next time you lose the page of the running optimizer study, just go back to that optimizer study and the running stats and progress will reappear, along with the stop button.
however, if you completely close your browser , or use a different browser (ex edge & chrome) you will not be able to see the progress or stop it
