Ticker change for NEXN (Nexxen International Ltd)

Ticker NEXN underwent stock exchange and trading structure changes which caused a ticker change. The Company's Nasdaq-listed ADRs were exchanged for New Ordinary Shares. Current holders of Nexxen's Nasdaq-listed ADRs had their ADRs converted to Nasdaq-listed New Ordinary Shares by their brokers.

Our data vendor assigned a new id to Nexxen International Ltd which caused the Portfolio123 ticker to be deactivated and changed to NEXN.1^25:USA and a new instance of the ticker NEXN:USA was created.

When the vendor created the new NEXN ticker, they did not backfill the price history. We have requested for them to do this. Once the price history is available for NEXN:USA, if you want to keep Nexxen International in your Portfolio123 strategy the process will be to create a sell transaction for NEXN.1^25:USA and a buy transaction for NEXN:USA. These are transactions in your Portfolio123 strategy - you do not need to sell and rebuy NEXN in your brokerage account.

A few additions to Dan's post.

Our data provider declined to add price history to NEXN since it's a new issue, not a continuation.

Here is the company's press release. https://investors.nexxen.com/news-releases/news-release-details/nexxen-completes-stock-exchange-and-trading-structure-changes

Before I edited this post I thought that NEXN had done something wrong. But the press release makes clear that they did a reverse stock split prior to exchanging the shares, so the EPS should be unchanged.
