TRADE order confirmation winow is frozen.

I added my trades in TRADE before the market open and pressed submit in the Trade order confirmation window and nothing happens. The screen freezes and I need to use ctrl,alt,del to close. I tried several times. Restated my computer and same thing. I was not able to get my trades in for the open. Any ideas???

Could be a browser issue as we have not seen this problem - What browser / operating system are you using?

Hi tedb, I use Windows 7 Home edition. I checked for updates and Windows seems to be all up to date. I will try TRADE again in a few minutes.

Which browser - Internet Explorer? Do you have any popup / ad blocker extension?

EDIT - confirmed it’s a bug using Internet Explorer - please use firefox/chrome for now - will post when we have a fix for IE

Still the same thing, my TRADE screen freezes when I hit send order. I’ll keep looking into it on my end. Could it be any of my Explorer settings? security settings?

Tweaked the page a little and it stopped on my end - try refreshing your cache and see if you still have the problem
