Two Factor Authentification with Google Authenticator

Since every keylogger can track the passwords/answers for the current 2-factor auth, i am very uncomfortable with the current security for TRADE. (Hackers can transfer money from your account by buying illiquid securities or simply wrack havoc on your account by buying/selling any securities until margin limits are reached.)

Please implement a true two factor auth with any authenticator App, preferable Google Authenticator.

I just checked. It's in our to-do list with high priority. But we're busy trying to get AI out of beta at the moment which should be very soon.

In the meantime, perhaps IB has a setting to reject orders for junk stocks?

That wouldn't really help me, since my systems normally buy illiquid stocks that nobody wants.
But thanks for the reply, good to know that its on your priority list.
