I’m ready to move from my Gold (Legacy) plan to Ultimate, but the “Ultimate” code (25 % off for the first year or 50 % off for six months) isn’t accepted at checkout, so it looks like the offer is reserved for new sign-ups only.
I understand you have to balance attracting new users with taking care of existing ones. With that in mind, would it be unreasonable to extend a similar upgrade discount to long-time legacy subscribers who are ready to level up to Ultimate?
