Universe of stocks without fundamentals

Hi all,

I've been looking at companies without fundamentals. Where the water is very muddy. The way I do it, is by using the rule isna(SalesTTM, SalesA) = na in a broad universe.

I have noticed however, that in a lot of cases, there are still companies out there that do not show up in the universe (eventhough they have a listing and no fundamentals in P123). Especially in Europe.

For example, using the said rule on Europe Primary, Zegona Communications Plc (ZEG:GBR) doesn't come through. Even though it is listed and has no fundamentals, as shown in its snapshot. https://www.portfolio123.com/app/stock/snapshot/ZEG:GBR.

Is there some other way to create a universe that does what I want?

Looks like that specific stock dropped out of the universe exactly one year after the last filling

I guess now the question is: why?

United States (All Listed Stock) doesn't have an equivalent for Europe. Stocks will drop out of the universe when they don't have recent filings.
