We're having data quality issues

There are 25 companies in the SP500 with SalesTTM=NA from around Aug 2023 to mid 2024. Problem could me more widespread.

We're investigating.

Smells like a Factset issue

Here's Sales=NA count for SP500

Here's the count for Easy to Trade USA (~4000 stocks)

Yep, looks like a Factset fat finger. Q1 of NFLX disappeared from their database. They probably already fixed it. Still investigating

This is officially off of our hands. FactSet confirmed the issue and said "the financial data for META-US and NFLX-US will available after the next datafeeds refresh."

We tried a reload but the data is still missing. We will try again in the afternoon.

I just did a big API pull. I don’t suppose we could get a credit refund since the data is flawed?

The problem persists. The data is wrong for many TTM metrics (Sales, EBITDA, EPS, etc.), I’m not sure if it’s across the board…

After the reload it actually got worse. There are now 80 companies with at least one interim period with Sales=NA in the SP500. Trying to get an update from them.

Looks like they fixed it. Doing a reload now.

Scratch that. They did fix NFLX and META (the two examples I gave them). THere are still 80 or so S&P500 companies where one interim is missing. For example TSLA 3/31/2023 10-Q has gone MIA.

It's actually getting worse! We're now missing an interim in around 150 companies in the SP500. I'm trying to escalate this w Facset. Are we the only ones noticing ?
