When do monthly API credits reset?

Do the monthly API credits reset on the 1st of each month or is it based on when your subscription started?

What is exact time ?
Is it : Saturday, 31 August 2024, 23:59 Eastern Time (ET) for this month ?

I found one month that my API credits reset before 23:59 EST.

Edit: Early even of central time (central time would not be an explanation).

I hope p123 will consider to rollover any unused credits. This would be more fair. I pay for X credits every month... why they are reset ?

I agree. Keep what you pay for.

API monthly credits are like data caps. No plans for credit roll over, sorry. And you can buy 500K credits for only $2000. That's 5 years of Ultimate monthly allocations!

Please look at API another way: if it generates income we will spend more time improving it. Currently it does not justify additional development, nor priority.

Please support it.
