Why does the rating score fluctuate depending on the universe?

I have a portfolio of 15 shares that I use to check (Ticker(“BRKR CALX CARA CPRI FN MIME MMI MTH MXL PLAB PRVB RL RVLV SMCI SPY TENB VOO WDAY YELP ZYXI”)) for the most recent score in my rating system. When the score falls below 65, the sales tactic is to sell.

However, my score varies depending on which universe I display on the screen. So, if I use “All Fundamentals”, I receive no sell signals (below 65), however I get two if I use S&P 1500.

Ranking systems rank each stock against the entirety of the universe at hand. So you should expect to get very different scores depending on your universe choice.
