Canadian orders being held on US holiday

I have six orders for Canadian stocks from my strategy’s rebalance that I tried to send to my linked IBKR account, but they are not being submitted to IBKR. Instead, they just remain under Scheduled Orders even though the schedule time is ASAP.

Is the p123 order interface holding the orders because it’s a US trading holiday?

To give an update:

We plan to address this issue with Enable trading in Canada and Europe for Interactive Brokers, as we need to integrate a solution that deals with scheduling and holiday checks for any country correctly and efficiently. Since there was no quick fix, this issue couldn't be resolved sooner. Apologies for the delay.
